When registering for multiple attendees, please ensure you fill in each attendee’s first and last name for each course you’re registering for in the “Attendee First Name” and “Attendee Last Name” fields.


For each attendee, use the same single email address in the “Primary Contact’s Email Address” field that you would like the registration confirmation to be sent to.

Payment Method

We accept all credit cards. For your security, we process all payments through Paypal Express Checkout to keep your credit card information safe so that you do not need to share your credit card information with us. No Paypal account is required to use the Paypal Express Checkout.

First come first serve policy

If registering on a weekend or after hours, please note that online registration MAY NOT be confirmed until an ACUTE service representative confirms registration with you on the following business day.

Refunds and cancellations penalities

  • Registration is acceptance of all fees associated with the designated course. Cancellation within 72 hours’ notice will result in full charges for the course.
  • ACUTE reserves the right to cancel courses
  • ACUTE reserves the right to deny late arrivals into a course

ACUTE delivers training in English and participants need to demonstrate an independent understanding and comprehension of the course content to successfully complete the training.
