Working At Heights Refresher Training
The Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) requires workers to complete a CPO-approved half-day Working At Heights refresher training course after three years under the O. Reg. 297/13: Occupational Health and Safety Awareness and Training.
According to the MLITSD, workers do not need to re-take the training course if they change employers, as long as they are still within the three-year window from when they took their last Working At Heights course. An approved trainer must provide proof as soon as the worker has completed any Working At Heights training course.

Who Needs Working At Heights Training?
